Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair automotive vehicles
• Perform routine vehicle tune-ups and maintenance
• Provide labor and time estimates for automotive repairs
• Inspect and test new vehicles for necessary adjustments

• Previous experience as an automotive technician, mechanic, or other related fields
• Knowledge of diagnostic and repair equipment

Bill Hood Ford Lincoln is seeking to fill a Front Office Receptionist position in the Collision Center. Primary duties include greeting customers, answering a multi-line telephone system, scheduling workflow and handling customer questions and concerns quickly and professionally.

Duties also include accepting payments, ensuring transactions are properly documented, processing and filing paperwork as well as documentation utilizing accounting and email software programs.

Requirements:

3 years general office experience preferred but not required. Collision Industry experience answering phones, addressing customer concerns, data entry, 10-key calculator use and word processing. Excellent written, verbal, and customer communication skills along with multi-task ability.
